Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the Book Hair platform and of the booking websites of the salons that use it. By using the service, you accept these terms. The platform is operated by Hiurda's Holistic Agency, Route de Blessens 3, 1675 Vauderens, Switzerland (“we”).
Our role
Book Hair is a technical platform that lets salons offer online appointment booking. An appointment booked through the platform is an agreement between you and the salon concerned. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the services the salon provides.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Bookings and cancellations
Each salon sets its own opening hours, services, prices and cancellation rules, which are shown during booking. Cancelling or moving an appointment is subject to the rules of the salon concerned. Please cancel in time — after repeated no-shows a salon may refuse future bookings.
Payments
Where a salon has enabled online payments, they are processed by Payrexx AG (Switzerland). Prices are set by the salon; refunds for salon services are a matter between you and the salon.
For salons
A salon's subscription to Book Hair (setup, monthly fee, support, data processing agreement) is governed by the separate service agreement between the salon and Hiurda's Holistic Agency. If that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement prevails for the salon.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service unlawfully, book appointments you do not intend to keep, interfere with the operation or security of the platform, or attempt to access data that is not yours.
Availability and changes to the service
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. We may improve or change the service; changes that materially reduce its functionality are announced to salons in advance.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for slight negligence and for indirect damage such as lost profit. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, in particular for intent or gross negligence, remains unaffected. We are not liable for the services, prices or conduct of salons.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies; the date above shows when it last changed. By continuing to use the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Fribourg, Switzerland, subject to mandatory statutory jurisdictions, in particular for consumers.
